How the new format works
Super Series: the three lowest-ranked qualifiers play a round robin in Windhoek. The winner joins the group stage.
Group Stage: two groups of six. Top three in each group, plus the best fourth-placed team, go through.
Super 7: a full round robin of 21 matches. Slots are pre-seeded: A1 India, A2 Australia, A3 Pakistan, B1 New Zealand, B2 South Africa, B3 Sri Lanka, AB4 England. If a seeded team misses out, the team that finishes in that slot takes its fixtures.
Knockouts: 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd in the semi-finals, final at the Wanderers on 21 November.

Times are local (SAST, UTC+2; Zimbabwe and Namibia share it). 10:00 starts are day games; 12:30 starts are day/night.
Super 7 seed labels show the expected team; they change if a seeded side fails to reach its slot.
Qualifier A/B and the three Super Series sides are decided at the World Cup Qualifier (Feb–Mar 2027).
